This site sells The Phrase Method, a print on demand training programme by Chris Blair. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator of this store, and "you" means the person buying or using the programme.

By enrolling, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not enrol.

Enrolment gives you access to:

• All 13 modules, delivered as six webinars over six weeks
• The print on demand store theme
• The AI design and ad creative prompt pack
• The niche and phrase research templates

This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped to you.

The programme is a single payment of $197. That is charged once, at checkout. There is nothing to cancel and nothing further is charged.

Payment is taken by our payment provider at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes we are required to charge.

Access is granted after payment clears. You will receive instructions by email at the address you give at checkout, so please make sure it is one you can read.

The 13 modules are delivered as six webinars over six weeks. You choose your session times after you enrol, from the sessions we have scheduled.

Access is for the lifetime of the programme. If we ever retire it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to keep the material you have.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund of the $197. Email us from the address you enrolled with and we will process it.

You keep the store theme either way.

After 30 days the sale is final.

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the training, the templates, the prompt pack and the theme in your own business, including in businesses you own or work for.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense or republish the material, in whole or in part
• Share your login or recordings with anyone else
• Use the material to build or teach a competing course

We may end your access without a refund if you do any of these.

Nothing on this site or in the programme guarantees income. Print on demand is a business and it carries risk.

What you get out of it depends on your effort, your niche, your budget and the market at the time. Any figures, examples or student results shown are what those people achieved, not a promise of what you will.

You are responsible for your own business decisions, your own ad spend and your own compliance with the rules of whatever platforms you sell and advertise on.

We may update the modules, the templates and the schedule to keep them current. We will not reduce what you have already paid for.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the day you bought.

We provide the programme as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, wasted ad spend or any indirect loss arising from your use of it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us.

This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc., Shopify, SHOPLINE, or any print provider. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
